Shipping & delivery

Shipping is free to every city in Saudi Arabia.
After you place your order, we call you on the mobile number you gave us to confirm it. We ship only after this confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 days after your order is confirmed.
Payment is cash on delivery — in cash or by card when your bag arrives.

You can return a piece within 7 days of receiving it.
The bag must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, dust bag and accessories it came with.
To start a return, message us on Instagram with your order number, and we'll arrange the next steps with you.
Once we receive the bag and confirm its condition, we refund the price of the piece.
If a piece arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

When you order, we collect your name, mobile number, city, district, address and any notes you add.
We use these details only to confirm, deliver and support your order. We share them only with the delivery company, as needed to deliver it. We never sell your information.
We don't collect card details on this website — payment happens on delivery.
Your language choice and the contents of your bag are stored only in your own browser.

Every piece is 100% original and brand-new with its tags.
Prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR).
Most pieces are one of a kind. An order is final once we confirm it with you by phone. If a piece is no longer available, we'll tell you and cancel that item — you pay nothing for it.

بعد إرسال طلبك نتصل بكِ على رقم الجوال الذي أدخلتِه لتأكيد الطلب، ولا نشحن إلا بعد هذا التأكيد.
يصل الطلب عادةً خلال ٢–٥ أيام من تأكيده.
الدفع عند الاستلام — نقداً أو بالبطاقة عند وصول حقيبتك.

يمكنكِ إرجاع القطعة خلال ٧ أيام من استلامها.
يجب أن تكون الحقيبة غير مستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية، مع كامل التاقات والتغليف وكيس الحفظ وأي ملحقات وصلت معها.
لبدء الإرجاع، راسلينا على إنستغرام مع رقم الطلب، ونرتّب معكِ الخطوات.
بعد استلام الحقيبة والتأكد من حالتها، نعيد لكِ سعر القطعة.
إذا وصلت القطعة تالفة أو مختلفة عن طلبك، تواصلي معنا خلال ٧ أيام مع صور، ونستبدلها أو نعيد لكِ المبلغ كاملاً.

عند الطلب نجمع اسمك ورقم جوالك ومدينتك والحي والعنوان وأي ملاحظات تضيفينها.
نستخدم هذه البيانات فقط لتأكيد طلبك وتوصيله وخدمتك بخصوصه، ولا نشاركها إلا مع شركة التوصيل بقدر ما يلزم لإيصال الطلب. ولا نبيع بياناتك أبداً.
لا نجمع بيانات البطاقات على هذا الموقع — الدفع يتم عند الاستلام.
